Work Experience

Adobe Systems Incorporated Product Manager, Adobe Illustrator. Responsibilities included product and feature definition, market research, creation and presentation of demo content and marketing materials, press tour, trade shows, customer visits, product evangelism, working with other teams at Adobe including InDesign, Photoshop, GoLive, Acrobat, AfterEffects, Premiere and others.

Visual Communications Group Senior Production Artist. Responsibilities included heading a team of production artists to produce assorted print and web media including complex media kits, annual reports and brochures.

Group 33 Design / i33 communications Director, Art Production. Responsibilities included designing and producing corporate literature, annual reports, advertising and other assorted materials, attending client meetings and overseeing production of all jobs, including pre-press production and press checks as necessary. Also responsible for developing, designing, implementing and maintaining web sites for clients through our sister company, i33 communications (has since been acquired by Appnet and Commerce One).

Computer Specialties Consultant and Trainer. Responsibilities included working as a consultant to evaluate and recommend mac-based design solutions for fashion and apparel manufacturers in NYC. I was then responsible for purchasing the equipment, installing the hardware and then training the fashion designers in using MacOS, FileMaker, Photoshop and Illustrator. Follow-up support and troubleshooting as necessary.

Em Graphic Design President. Working on projects ranging from product catalogs to magazine layouts, complete ad campaigns and brochures. Responsibilities included all aspects of the business beginning with client meetings to producing and delivering final product.

Mesorah Publications Typesetter. Responsiblities included typesetting, layout, pagination and design of books, and working with designers on book cover design. I was also responsible for creating catalogs and advertisements.
